From Provider to Strategist

Meet Cyndi Ventry, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

I help midlife women remember who they are.
Through stories, strategy, and unapologetic truth, I create spaces for women to reclaim their bodies, their voices, and their brilliance—without shame, silence, or burnout.
This is bold femininity, done differently.
Not a wellness trend. Not a hormone protocol.
A homecoming.

I’m Cyndi Ventry, a board-certified Nurse Practitioner, midlife strategist, writer and founder of Amarante Consulting—a new hub for women ready to reclaim their health, voice, and direction in midlife.

I began my career in emergency and critical care nursing, where I witnessed the devastating effects of illness—both preventable and ignored. Years of working inside a broken, insurance-driven system taught me what traditional medicine often misses: real prevention, real connection, and real answers.

After going through my own health and identity transformation in my early 40s, I realized what so many women were missing: not just hormone support, but clarity, guidance, and a community that actually gets it.

Now, through strategic consulting, digital tools, and The Amarante Collective, I help women decode their labs, understand their options, and find providers who listen. I also mentor health professionals who are ready to offer better care to women in midlife.

I’m not here to hand out quick fixes. I’m here to dismantle confusion, translate science, and build spaces where women are no longer dismissed or overlooked.

Now, as the founder of Amarante Consulting and The Amarante Collective, Cyndi helps women navigate midlife with clarity, confidence, and a little bit of rebellion.

Through strategy sessions, education, and community, she offers the kind of midlife support most women wish they’d been given sooner—because no one should have to piece together their health journey alone.

She’s especially passionate about helping women feel empowered when talking to providers, understanding labs, and advocating for what they actually need—not just what they’re offered.

When she’s not building guides or leading her Collective, you’ll find Cyndi planning weekend getaways with her husband, cheering on the Chicago Bears and Cubs with her son, or relaxing on Florida beaches with her daughter. A book lover, Amazon superfan, and proud April Fool’s prankster, she believes midlife should be powerful, messy, and fun as hell.

You’ve spent long enough being dismissed.
Now it’s your turn to demand better, connect deeply, and finally feel like yourself again.
